How to play
You start with the serve when you throw a ball up in the air by pressing the space-bar. Keyboard arrows are used for moving the player around the field. You can combine arrow keys with the space bar to direct the shot. The game has two modes: easy and hard. It is possible to change the court's type: grass or clay. Nevertheless, except the overall visual effect, changing the court's type does not have any impact on game's quality. Instead of tennis set we got overs, just like in cricket. At the beginning you can set the duration of a match by choosing number of overs. Your computer controlled opponent is exceptionally good and it's very hard to return his fast serves. It is quite normal if you loose several matches at first, even when playing in easy mode. The problem is in pretty small and fast moving balls. Even if you give a lucky guess of the side to which the ball is coming, it is also necessary to estimate the 'depth', otherwise you will certainly miss. Our recommendation is that if you play in easy mode, don't move much, as most of the ball will actually be coming your way.
Scoring
Tennis court is divided in several zones, where each hit into one brings certain number of points. Scoring was taken from cricket: 1,2,3,4 and 6. If you successfully return the opponent's serve, you get the bonus of 20 points. At the end, the winner is one with higher score.
