Cricket All Rounder
After getting your name, the game starts off with the training in whatever you choose as first a) batting b) bowling c) field playing. The number of training rounds is limited. After that you must sign in some club and the 'real' match starts. If you don't feel like waiting for your turn, you can use the 'skip' button which will get you right away to the court.
- batting -
To complete the batting training properly you will have learn the controls and work on your timing. The idea is to hit the ball just right: not too early, not too late, and not too strong. Arrow keys are used for setting the hit direction. To set for diagonal direction, press down two arrow keys simultaneously. 'Z' key is for 'normal shot, while 'x' is for power shot.
- bowling -
Use space bar to start. Use arrow keys to aim and press space bar again to bowl. The idea here is to aim for the middle row. If you miss the target area you will be bowl a 'wide'. On the other hand try not to bowl a full ball (toss). That's a kind of delivery which reaches the batsman, but does not bounces of the pitch not once. Therfore, the point is to get the good length of delivery (in target area).
And finally, as a fielder, you will be chasing the ball around the court. Try to get to the ball, before it touches the ground (howzat!). As a batsman, what can I say - try not to go our for a duck!
