Brian Lara 96 - Sega Cricket Game
Let's start with the controls (please read this!): To start, hit 'Z' key! To get to controls screen and optionally change them you must click on the wrench tool. To move up,down, left and right - use arrow keys. Functional keys are 'Z', 'X' and 'C'. If you ever played any of SEGA emulated games online, than you know that these controls are common to most of these games. Basically you use keyboard to emulate SEGA gaming pad. For example, if you are inside some options screen, you can go back by hitting 'C' and than choose to leave with 'Z'. Navigation is a little bit complicated but this is how it is. That is the only way to play one of these old legendary cricket games developed for old SEGA systems.
Despite the low resolution graphics which is quite normal for retro games, this is probably one of the best online games on cricketgames247.com. It uses flash emulator to play SEGA online game.

When the game starts up, you get to choose your team and than either individually pick each and every player or just go with the 'auto pick' option. Than you toss a coin where you take either heads or tails and soon after you can begin with the match.
As you can see from the video, there are two vertical bars on the side, one for the power and the other one is for the ball speed. By pressing 'z' key you stop the marker from rapidily going up and down and basically this is how you choose the power level, and the same applies for the speed of the ball.
I've purposly picked up a video walkthrough made by a guy who knows nothing about cricket because it was interesting to watch this guy playing this game knowing nothing about what's going on. Anyway, the game is not hard so even he could have played it a little bit and had some fun.
