The instructions mention that there are 11 fielders which is generally correct, but you don't get to see them all at once, only 4 or 5 nearest to the pitch, especially if you play as batsman. You get scored by hitting the ball and reaching certain marked zones. If you hit yellow boundary you will get 6, which is the maximum. For getting caught or if the ball hits the wicket you get no points.
Good thing is that you can type in anything into 'your team' field, which enables you to wear your favorite team's colors even though they didn't actually participate this particular competition. Leaving this as an option was easily done because the game doesn't use actual players' names anyway.

Upon the game starts, you will be offered to toss a coin, which if won, leaves you the choice of whether you want first to bat or ball. If you choose to bowl, the first things to do is to set up all the fielders by dragging them with a mouse across the court until you get desired formation. To do so, you must first click on 'set fielders' button, which zooms out the court giving you the top view of all 11 fielders. I've decided to give it a try with one extremely aggressive formation, made up of all fielders places closely around the pitch. The poor batsman didn't stand a chance, so this must be an overlook. He hit the ball every time, but got caught each and every time.
